PHYSIOTHERAPY & STRENGTH TRAINING FOR DANCING

Everything started with a step.

The Dance Clinic specialises in dance-related physiotherapy services. We are not just a regular physiotherapy center, but we offer specialised treatments for dancers, and our team consists of physiotherapists who are also trained dancers themselves.

From dancer to physiotherapist – helping dancers stay injury-free.

Growing up, dance was everything to me. I spent most of my afternoons and evenings practicing, but injuries and niggles were an unfortunate part of the journey. That’s why I decided to pursue a career in physiotherapy for dancers.

After completing my studies, I opened The Dance Clinic to provide specialized physiotherapy services to dancers of all levels. Our team of experienced physiotherapists has a background in dance and understands the physical and mental demands that come with the sport. We work with our clients to develop personalised treatment plans that not only address their current injuries but also prevent future injuries and optimize their performance.
